At FIVIVE GLOBAL, we are committed to providing transparent and professional service from the moment you place your order to the final delivery. Please read the following terms carefully.

1. Order Confirmation

Once your order has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation email containing key details, including the products ordered and your chosen delivery address. Please keep this email for your records.
The estimated delivery time depends on the date your order is confirmed and the chosen shipping method.

2. Prices & Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and do not include shipping fees or any additional costs that may apply during the fulfillment process.
  • Prices may vary depending on the season, product size, and order quantity. All website prices are for reference only and may be subject to change at the time of confirmation.
  • If any price changes after you place your order, we will notify you prior to processing. You may then choose to proceed or cancel the order.
  • Orders are confirmed only after the receipt of a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance is to be paid:

              – After receiving a scanned copy of the Bill of Lading (for sea shipments), or

             – After shipment confirmation (for air shipments).

For orders under $3,000, payment must be made in full (100%) via Western Union after signing the sales contract.

3. Payment Methods Accepted

  • T/T (Telegraphic Transfer)
  • Western Union

All payments must be made in USD. Payment details will be provided upon confirmation.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer flexible shipping options, primarily by air and sea freight. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location and order size. We always strive to offer competitive rates and ensure your order is well-packaged and protected during transit.

For international shipments: Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or delays caused by local authorities are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, any additional redelivery fees will be borne by the customer.

5. Notes & Customer Support

  • Please make sure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
  • During peak seasons, we may not be able to accommodate order cancellations or changes after confirmation.
  • Our team is available to discuss any special requests regarding delivery, product customization, or bulk pricing.
